When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery for physical products is 5–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with destination and carrier delays.

Does this estimate apply to digital products?

No. The Pilates & Meditation Guide and Practice Journal are digital PDFs. No physical parcel is shipped. Follow the download instructions provided with your purchase.

How can I contact you?

For any question about a product, an order, delivery or a download, email thematritual.contact@gmail.com. If your question concerns an existing order, include your order number.

What if my order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us with your order number. We will help you check its status.

I need help accessing a digital purchase. What should I do?

Check the instructions provided with your purchase and your spam or junk folder. If you still need help, email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
